  • For those senior or middle management or hard to fill roles where you need a retained executive search process, I am adept at researching, identifying, engaging and attracting the right people. Alongside evaluating their skills, experience and personalities, I  share detailed reports, offer insight on what the market is saying,  work alongside you through all stakeholder interviews and assessment exercises, and help you negotiate the packages needed to get them on board.           

    I am skilled at hiring locally within your main or desired geographical market, among Diaspora communities to attract people to ‘come home’, and among talented and people who may not have considered you and your location but could be persuaded.

    I do this for clients in the private, non-profit, and public sectors.

  • Whatever sector you are in, getting a well functioning Board comprising Executive and Non-Executive Directors is critical to success, progress, and challenge. As tempting as it might be, hiring in a Board’s own likeness doesn’t achieve these things. Being in the same circles of commitment and passion for the organisation’s work are key. But being from the same social, economic, cultural and life-experience circles are not.

    I help Board’s determine the skills and experiences needed to complete a Board, and apply the same rigour as for executive recruitment to identify, engage, assess and advocate for individuals who have them. That means searching people who aren’t necessarily those who have been on such Board before. With the greater use of technology for remote or hybrid working Boards, I know how to attract an even wider circle of candidates whose life circumstances and geographical location can be truly enhancing for a Board and its deliberations.

  • As you would expect, my retained executive and non-executive search process is infused with the principles of diversity. After all, the whole point of ‘headhunting’ is to attract circles of talent that would otherwise not have been reached. But more than that, my approach is what I call Concentric Circles, and the more we are able to consider people from wider concentric circles to the centre, the more the talent you meet will be diverse - in virtually all the diversity strands.
